Carlotta is a highly experienced therapist who has worked therapeutically with children, adolescents, young adults, and parents for over 15 years, across both NHS and third sector settings. She has extensive experience supporting children and young people facing a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges, including depression, anxiety, low mood, self-harm, eating disorders, attachment difficulties, complex and intergenerational trauma, neurodevelopmental differences, and distress related to gender identity. She also has a particular interest in working with children under five.

In addition to her work with children and adolescents, Carlotta offers supportive consultations for parents. She helps parents better understand and connect with their children, and navigate the transitions and challenges of parenthood. Carlotta creates a safe, non-judgmental space where feelings, worries, and questions can be shared openly and explored with compassion.

As a psychotherapist, Carlotta draws on a range of theoretical frameworks and keeps in mind the whole person; the mind and the body.

Carlotta can work in English and Italian.
