Members Under Interim Measures

The ACP gives notice that an interim measure is one made without any finding of a breach of the Code of Professional Conduct and Ethics, while investigation of an alleged breach is ongoing.

Interim Measures may involve temporary restrictions on a Member’s practice or temporary suspension, such that the Member may not practice as a child psychotherapist on the basis of their ACP membership or hold themself out as being permitted to do so during the term of the Measures.

Notification of Interim Measures

The Chair of the Ethic Practice Group shall produce a concise note for posting on the Association’s website which reports that an allegation has made and what interim measures have been applied.

Members under Interim Measures

Mr Jason Kaushal is suspended from membership of the Association of Child Psychotherapists on an interim basis, until such time as investigations of a current allegation against him are concluded or the expiry of six months, whichever is the sooner.
