In line with UK and EEC guidelines the Association of Child Psychotherapists is able to consider applications from suitable qualified candidates wishing to practise in the UK.
Your application will be measured against ACP Training Requirements. Where there is a shortfall, either in breadth or depth of previous training, the ACP is able to suggest a training programme linked to one of the approved training schools.
If you do not have a former training in child psychotherapy or if you have one which falls very short of ACP requirements, we may recommend that you undertake a full training at one of the Training Schools.
