The ACP Welcomes the report Early access to mental health support, released April 2019 by the Children's Commissioner, Anne Longfield, which provides further evidence that children with anxiety, depression, and other mental health conditions face a postcode lottery when seeking treatment, but cautioned against the use of the phrase 'low level' which is used in relation to the difficulties that are being seen in primary care.
