I have a particular interest in work with infants, young children and their parents or carers and have specialised in this area of clinical work for many years within NHS and Voluntary Sector organisations.
I offer parent infant psychotherapy, therapeutic assessments, brief consultation and longer term individual psychotherapy to children as well as parent work, including working with couples experiencing psychological difficulties during pregnancy and the perinatal period.
I trained at the Tavistock, where I qualified in 1994 and worked in NHS Child & Adolescent Mental Health Services until 2014. My most recent NHS employment was as Head of Child & Adolescent Psychotherapy in Newham. My teaching, training and clinical supervision includes work as a visiting lecturer on post graduate courses at the Tavistock and on the International Training in Infancy & Early Years (Tavistock/Anna Freud Centre).
