The Bulletin is the Association of Child Psychotherapists' internal magazine, distributed to all members. It is published three times a year. One issue a year is outward facing and is available to non members.
The Bulletin contains information from the ACP Board about latest developments in the profession and from members about their work and other areas of interest. Each edition has as specific focus for articles, reviews and opinion pieces, but there is also space for articles on other topics or issues members want to raise. It provides an opportunity for all members, including trainees, to communicate and share ideas with each other.
This role offers the opportunity to learn the processes involved at all the various stages of commissioning, reviewing and preparing articles for publication. It is also an opportunity to get involved in thinking through editorial decisions with the other members of the Bulletin Team.
We are looking for applicants who share our passion for continuing to extend the reach of the Bulletin and provide sound editorial oversight and copy editing to pieces received.
